How Chris Transformed His Body In Only 90 Days


What did you want to achieve when you started this process at ONE?

I wanted to see how far I could go once I set my mind to something. So I decided to do the 90-day transformation challenge, complete with a new diet plan and training schedule. It’s always tough to start something new, and it was even tougher to stick to it. But once I saw results and positive changes, it became addictive.

Did you achieve the physique you were hoping for?

Yes, I did drop a good percentage of body fat and gained a lot more muscle

What are 3 lessons you learned at ONE?

Stay focused and motivated by your goal, stay interested and intrigued in the workouts you are doing, and lastly be patient with results, because this is more than a transformation, it’s a complete lifestyle change.

How has this info helped you get into shape?

I’m always eager to see what workouts are planned that morning. Once I see my body adjusting to the increased weights, resistance, challenges; and see that I am getting stronger both mentally and physically - it’s very rewarding and keeps me going.

What is your training and diet like now?

I am not as strict as I was during my transformation period - I will have more cheat meals. But I am very aware of what I am fuelling my body with, and choose wisely. I do strength training 4 times a week and of course I can't live without spinning!!!

What are the best nutrition tips that have helped you keep after your transformation?

There is always a myth that carbs are bad for you. But it’s actually good for you, provided that you eat it in moderation and the right type of carbs. Water is also your best friend; stay hydrated at all times. And also make sure you track your macros!

What would you say to someone who thinks achieving a result like yours is too hard?

You really never know until you try it for yourself. But the feeling of all the sweat dripping down after an intense workout, the realisation that you can lift more than you did yesterday, the mental perseverance - you will really surprise yourself with what you can do once you decide you won’t give up.

What are your best tips for anyone to stay in great shape?

It’s all about your mindset, and gradual progression. Rome wasn’t built in a day, and so neither can your abs!
