Brian's 90 Day Transformation Story
What was your level of fitness before you started at ONE?
I’ve been going to the gym for four or five years now. I previously played a lot of sport (basketball) but in recent years I could only fit in going to the gym. I would say my level of fitness was solid, but there was room for improvement with how my body looked, hence why I came to ONE.
What was the core problem you wanted to solve?
I wanted to take the next step up with my training. A few of my friends were already at ONE and I saw the great progress they were making in a short timeframe, so I decided to give it a try.
Did you have any hesitations before starting the program?
Not really, I was very eager to get going. I think I put a lot of my progress down to that…. I was hungry to make a change straight from the off.
What results have you got so far from the program?
As you can see from the pictures I have lost a lot of body fat, as well as fleshing out my physique. I see big changes in my upper body, especially my chest and shoulders.
What specifically do you like most about the program?
The structure of the training and diet plans were so detailed to the point I was shocked. Every aspect of my workout plan was mapped out completely dependent on my training capacity and goals. Diet wise the process was progressive, and throughout the weeks Benny would change the diet plan depending on the status of my progress. Benny kept a very close eye on progress and ensured that we continued in the right direction.
What are three other benefits of the program?
1) Benny gave me extra training to do on the outside. The goal was to get a result as fast as possible, so this was a great addition to my training at ONE.
2) The diet plan was based on food I enjoyed – this meant I stuck to the meal plan.
3) I have learnt so much about how to train and diet properly.
Would you recommend training at ONE? If so, why?
The trainers at ONE make you feel extremely welcome. They all know your name and it makes you feel like you are part of more than just a gym. All the other clients are working towards similar goals, so as a whole the environment is a fantastic place to train.
