Kiev's 90 Day Journey


I came across Josh and the guys at ONE whilst browsing on Instagram, and I was hugely impressed by their results, as well as their own physiques. After some thought, I decided to meet with Senior Trainer, Josh. I was shocked by the passion the ONE guys have for training and physique development. They gave me confidence that I could get to where I wanted to be with their directions.

After body fat testing I was run through the basis of the training and diet plans I was about to undertake. At first, some of the information Josh was telling me was brand new…. no oats and bananas for breakfast, but instead steak and eggs. I was under the impression I ate well already, but it was very quickly highlighted what I needed to change.

The first few weeks I stuck to the plan 90 percent and saw some incredible changes. My body fat dropped considerably and so did my weight…. I wasn’t even hungry. Three months later and the changes kept coming to the point now where my latest body fat percentage is 8% (starting at 18%). Alongside the fat loss I feel a lot stronger, I’ve learnt how to train properly and I’m very happy with my physique.

My time with Josh and ONE was extremely enjoyable and insightful. Josh kept me motivated throughout and provided an in depth explanation to everything we were doing. I’ve learnt getting to where I wanted to be physically meant training in a way I have never done before. I thought I trained hard before, but now Josh has showed me a new level of training hard as well as intelligently.

All the ONE trainers were extremely supportive and if you are looking to get stronger, healthy and improve your physique then look no further.
